A beautiful morning in Rochester Minnesota! It is a little crisp and nippy, but Lily our little puppy and I had a really nice walk this morning. Praising God for All the Seasons in our life.
Last night was Tim's conferences at school. It was so good to hear the wonderful job that he is doing at school. All the teachers also remembered his brother Donovan and were asking about how he is doing. We visited with 5 teachers in an hour. The lines were short! I think that was a record as we were planning to come back tonight when we first arrived after 7pm.
I am busily researching for a paper that is due on November 16th. The paper is on How Homelessness effects children in school as they learn. So far I have the thesis statement, the books and now to put down some good notes. All of this is coming back to me.
I did take a practice basic skills test yesterday & math is something that is not coming back to me. More studying to do for me...thankful for a math tutor that is going to be helping starting on Wednesday nights.
Looking forward to the 4 day weekend & spending time with the kiddos and heading to Wisconsin-it has been quite a while and it is beautiful there. The bluffs are just what I need to relax.
